<description>[...] Not Developing A Relationship With Your Tenants Regarding Their Water Consumption: Of course, if your tenants pay for their own water, much of this post will disinterest you.  However, if you pay for your tenants&#8217; water, I&#8217;m sure you&#8217;re listening.  You can educate your tenants.  Send them or drop off water conservation fact sheets and tips.  Show them how much you care, how green you are&#8230;they might just be impressed!  Of course, given the 80/20 rule, there&#8217;s an 80% chance they won&#8217;t be. <description>Hi Jordan,

I have 2 old buildings with 9 units in all in Maryland and experience the exact problem you describe. I know it&#039;s a little nosy, but I should plan to inspect these units at least every 6 months. I will contact you by email to let you know of my interest in your device.

I also have a solar water heater that is not working because of a leak in the solar loop. The workers from the installing company (thankfully they are taking responsibility) are thinking of removing all of the pipe insulation to find the leak and then replace it. I hope they narrow their search. Perhaps, just pressurize the system with air and listen for the leak with a stethoscope.
