Official tells Allentown, PA to raise rates to fund reserves

Officials call for voluntary water use cutbacks as drought looms in Penn.

A drought watch was issued Friday for 29 western and north-central Pennsylvania counties including Crawford, Erie, Mercer, Venango and Warren by Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
