Increase in sewer, water fees approved in Carlsbad, CA

The council increased water rates by 20 percent and sewer rates by 9 percent, raising an average household’s combined water, sewer and trash fees by 13.3 percent. That amounts to $10.71 more per month for a typical household’s bill, which will be about $91.
