Australia Says Will Spend $647 Million on New Water Projects

Australia, trying to recover from its worst drought on record, will spend A$1 billion ($647 million) on large-scale infrastructure to help supply more water to towns and cities.
The money will be used to build desalination plants and recycling and storm water harvesting infrastructure in urban areas with more than 50,000 people…
